How to use
Adults 12 years+
Take 1 teaspoon (4g) daily in water, juice or smoothie. Stir Well.
For adults in acute phase of sickness you can take twice daily for up to 3 days.

Children 1year -4years
Take 1/4 teaspoon (1g) daily.
Children 5years - 11years

I opted to try this for exactly that reason, and because I couldn’t spot anything that screamed additives or ‘flavouring’.
A week on, and I will never go back. Improved energy, complexion and a healthy digestive system.
