As much as we aim to get it perfect every time and get your order shipped ASAP, delays sometimes happen and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Rest assured we’re doing our very best to get your order processed and packed within a business day of receiving payment. Please note orders are not processed until payment is received.
Delivery & tracking
Delivery times vary based on your location and other extenuating factors which are sometimes outside of our control. Standard free delivery in Australia takes 3 to 10 business days and express shipping should take 1 to 2 business days.
While we always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, Bush Tucker Blends will not be held liable for any delay, loss or damage due to reasonable or unavoidable issues with delivery due Australia Post.
You will receive a tracking code to track your order online with the applicable courier service. Courier service may differ based on your address.
Customs and taxes
Bush Tucker Blends are not liable for any customs or taxes fees incurred by your order and these will need to be paid for by you. Refusal to accept these costs should they occur will result in your order being returned to our warehouse. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be withheld from your product refund.
Insurance
We don’t provide insurance with standard shipping; however, if you’d like to make a special request, we’d be glad to add it to your order.
