Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
1.1 The "Win a Year's Worth of BTB" competition ("Promotion") is conducted by [Bush Tucker Blends Pty Ltd, ABN 73 642 737 540] of [business address] ("Promoter", "we", "us").
1.2 The Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 11 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").
1.3 This Promotion is a game of chance. No entry fee or purchase is required to enter.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are: (a) residents of Australia; and (b) aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agency or third party associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual who does not meet these terms.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, an eligible individual must, during the Promotion Period, subscribe to the Bush Tucker Blends email list via the signup form/pop-up on https://bushtuckerblends.com, providing a valid email address (and any other fields marked mandatory on the form).
3.2 Submission of the signup form constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion.
3.3 Limit of one (1) entry per person / per email address. Multiple entries using different email addresses by the same individual will be disqualified.
3.4 Entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failures.
3.5 By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, and may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. Unsubscribing after entry does not affect eligibility for a prize already won but will affect eligibility for future promotions of this kind.
4. The Prize
4.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won: a one (1) year's supply of Bush Tucker Blends products, with a total approximate retail value of AUD $1,500 ("Prize").
4.2 The exact composition of the Prize (which products, and how they will be supplied — e.g. as a single delivery or staged over the year) will be determined by the Promoter at its discretion, taking into account the winner's preferences where reasonably possible.
4.3 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
4.4 If any element of the Prize is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a product or products of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at [location] during the week commencing Monday 19 October 2026 (AEDT).
5.2 The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry, and/or by phone if a phone number was provided, within seven (7) business days of the draw.
5.3 The winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested verification details (such as proof of identity/age/residency) within seven (7) days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within this time, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select another winner in accordance with this clause.
5.4 The winner's first name and state/territory of residence may be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels to announce the result.
6. General Conditions
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms, or who tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or unfair practice.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable law, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it becomes necessary to do so, including due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6.3 The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, including contacting and verifying the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available here. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting warehouse@bushtuckerblends.com.
6.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
6.5 Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law, that cannot be lawfully excluded.
6.6 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it (if applicable).
6.7 No permit is required to conduct this Promotion, as the total prize pool value does not exceed the permit thresholds set by the relevant gambling/gaming regulators in New South Wales ($10,000), the Australian Capital Territory ($3,000), South Australia ($5,000), or the Northern Territory ($5,000).
