By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Bush Tucker Blends Pty Ltd and their close relatives.
Entry Requirements
To enter the competition, participants must make a purchase on Bush Tucker Blend's website between 12:00 am AEST on the 3rd of February 2024 and 10:00 am AEST on the 1st of March 2024.
Minimum Order Value
Participants must achieve a minimum total order value of $80 to qualify for entry into the competition.
Prizes
The prize includes a $1,200.00 AUD voucher for The Atlantic Byron Bay and a $500.00 AUD Virgin Australia flight voucher.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random within 5 days after the closing date.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the purchase. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 month of notification, the prize will be redrawn.
Prize Redemption
The voucher for The Atlantic Byron Bay is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The winner is responsible for booking their accommodation and flights using the provided vouchers.
Use of Personal Information
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and announcing the winner. Participants full name and contact details will not be made public.
Disqualification
Bush Tucker Blends Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Changes to the Competition
Bush Tucker Blends Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Bush Tucker Blends Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition, or accepting or redeeming the prize.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the competition constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
