Delivery & billing
Not if you purchase a bundle on a subscription. If you opt for a single product on a subscription, a small delivery fee will apply.
Products are delivered automatically at regular intervals, ensuring you never run out while eliminating the hassle of reordering. You can change the frequency of orders any time, from our available options of every 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days. We recommend the 30-day option for optimal health.
For products with 15 serves (such as Nature's Plant Protein), delivery frequencies of every 15, 30 or 45 days are available. For these products, we recommend the 15-day option for optimal health.
To make sure your refills arrive right when you need them, subscription orders are billed 3 days before your refill is required. This allows us to prepare, pack and ship your products on time, so you stay on track without lifting a finger.
Please note: this billing schedule does not apply to products with a 15-day delivery window (such as Nature’s Plant Protein), which, due to the shorter timeline, will be billed at the interval selected.
