Jilungin is traditionally used for a soothing night-time tonic to help calm your system, relax your body and promote a dreamy sleep. Jilungin is a leaf from the Terminalia cansecens, a relative of the Kakadu plum.

Traditionally used to flavour foods, the oil from the leaves have antimicrobial and antiseptic properties that may stop or slow down the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and is paired beautifully with our hot chocolate blend.

How to use
Adults 12 years+
Take 2-3 heaped teaspoons 8g-12g 30 minutes prior to sleep as a hot chocolate, iced chocolate, mix in yoghurt, or sprinkle on your favourite dessert.
Avoid putting boiling water directly on as it can lose efficacy.
