    Helps with regularity

    I was told about this product by a practitioner & wanted to give it a go as I’d been taking a supplement that over time interfered with my gut motility. I thought I’d go back to normal as soon as I stopped the supplement but it wasn’t to be. G’day Gut has helped with that - thank you. I will need more time to see if it helps with bloating but I know I have SIBO so it may not be able to influence that. Time will tell.

    Has helped my anxiety

    I originally bought the Gday Gut capsules to help reduce bloating and while it hasn’t entirely had the impact I hoped, it has resulted in some unexpected improvements to my anxiety. My stomach has been so much more settled and calm and the amount of anxiousness that usually radiates from my tummy and impacts my eating has practically gone away. I am amazed! I’m on my 3rd bottle of capsules and it’s taken a few months to feel a real difference but I’m hooked. I highly recommend giving these a try :)

    I am like the most sceptical person when it comes to supplements. In fact, I am sceptical of most things that claim to work wonders through the recipes of wizardry but I have been taking the G'day gut for a couple of weeks now (3 capsules daily) and bugger me, I think they are actually helping! I've noticed less bloating and discomfort between meals and sleeping better too, although that might be the ashwaganda not the G'day gut but anywho. Get on it. You've got nothing to lose and maybe a little bit of settling down of the nervous system to gain.
