ingredients
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 punnet sliced strawberries
1 punnet blueberries
Granola
2 teaspoons sleep blend
method
1. Muddle some blueberries in a glass
2. Layer strawberries around the edge
3. Add a few blueberries
4. Add some yogurt
5. Add some granola
6. Repeat
7. Top with coconut and fresh strawberry
