    Great ingredients BUT

    I love the concept of this product and the ingredients but I can’t help but feel it’s a little overpriced for what it is. Green banana (while a great source of resistant starch) is basically a filler and I feel like for 60 dollars a jar it should have been left out. In saying this I’ve used the product literally once so I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt. If anyone from the team wants to shed some light on this decision I’d love to hear.

    Highly recommend! This is the product you’ve been want.

    I did some research because as most of us know a lot of the macro/micro nutrient powders on the market do not have a high enough concentration of the ingredients for the product to have any therapeutic benefits. This one actually does. Not only is it beneficial for your hair, skin, nails and ligaments, it has a tonne of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties as well. I have been using it once daily for a few weeks now, I put it in my own blend of watermelon water (100ml of juiced watermelon 100ml of water) as I am not particularly fond of the taste of the powder with just water (very earthy). My hair has more volume and has grown 75mm in 2 weeks (average hair growth is 0.5 - 1.5cm a month). I’m still waiting to see the full effects on my skin, but I am currently in my luteal phase and have zero blind pimples - that is massive for me. As for nails, I keep them really short so I couldn’t tell you the difference there. But if you’re on the fence on which one is best - it’s this one.
